I made cookies today! I accidentally used raw sesame seeds instead of hulled ones, so I didn't follow the recipe well. Also, it was hard to mix everything, and I added in dates, and little water and some cinnamon. REALLY didn't follow the directions. I've been adding cinnamon to pretty much everything, because it's cold and it helps with circulation.
Breakfast
- smoothie with 2 bananas, some soaked dates, blueberries and cinnamon (300 kcal)
Lunch
- juice of carrot, cucumber, apple, spinach and parsley (200 kcal)
Snack
- 1 Go Raw organic spirulina energy bar (220 kcal)
Dinner
- avocado dip with red onions and sun dried tomatoes (300 kcal)
- cauliflower (50 kcal)
Dessert
- raw cookies made with sesame seeds, honey, dates and cinnamon (300 kcal)
(Total caloric intake: 1,370 kcal)
