Day 11
I think I slept 12 hours last night, but my body probably needed it because now I feel super refreshed! And, now that it's the weekend I have LOTS of time to go workout! I'll try to make up for all last week, haha. I also have left over "cookie" from last night, so I'm planning on freezing some bananas to make "ice cream" then mixing the cookies in to that.
Breakfast
- 2 bananas (200 kcal)
Lunch
- salad with organic baby spinach, white mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, red onions, living alfalfa sprouts, lemon juice and cinnamon (100 kcal)
- raw kimchi (30 kcal)
Dinner
- 1 Go Raw flax seed bar (170 kcal)
- 1 avocado (300 kcal)
- 2 organic carrots (50 kcal)
(Total caloric intake: 850 kcal)
