Day 3



My detox symptoms are not as bad today as they were yesterday, but I still feel very low energy and would much rather nap than go workout. I've been trying to drink more water, but I still think I am not drinking enough, especially for the detox period.

Breakfast
- 1 organic apple (100 kcal)

Lunch
- salad with sprouts, lemon juice and seaweed (50 kcal)
- mixture of carrot, red bell pepper and celery (50 kcal)

Snack
- 1 banana (100 kcal)
- wakame seaweed with sesame seeds, garlic and green onions (110 kcal)
- 3 dried figs (100 kcal)

Dinner
- 1 avocado (300 kcal)
- juice of 7 oranges and 3 carrots (500 kcal)

Dessert
- 6 figs (200 kcal)

(Total caloric intake: 1,510 kcal)
