Day 4


So, today I am not tired! I feel really good, and I'm excited to go workout and see how well my body performs. I really enjoyed my juice last night, and it helped me get in a lot of calories. I wish I could juice more, I'm just lazy about cleaning my juicer and buying all the fruits/veggies to juice. Also, I feel like throwing away the pulp is a waste. I want to find something to do with it, but I don't have a dehydrator or anything fancy like that. I have started to run out of food (no more dried figs!) so I will probably be going to the super market tomorrow and most likely weighing myself.

Breakfast
(nothing)

Lunch
- salad with sprouts, seaweed and lemon juice (50 kcal)
- 1 avocado (300 kcal)

Snack
- 1 organic apple (100 kcal)
- 1 banana (100 kcal)
- Cherry Pie Larabar (190 kcal)

Dinner
- organic baby spinach salad with sprouts, red bell pepper, seaweed and lemon juice (50 kcal)
- 1 avocado (300 kcal)

Dessert
- 1 banana (100 kcal)

Workout
- 20-minute jog
- sit-ups and arm exercises
