Day 8


Today, I ate my entire box of figs for "dinner". I just felt like pigging out on something. It's better to pig out on something healthy that doesn't break your diet than to slowly go crazy from deprivation, in my opinion. I ate a lot of bananas today too because they were just perfect in ripeness and I didn't want to let them go brown. I was planning on making a banana smoothie with some cinnamon in the morning, but I had to rush to class for a test, and now I have no bananas! I might just steal my roommate's bananas tomorrow... I wasn't planning on going back to the grocery store until at least Friday. Not working out today because I have an evening language class to go to. Tomorrow!


Breakfast
- 2 bananas (200 kcal)

Lunch
- organic baby spinach with sprouts, seaweed and lemon juice (50 kcal)
- mixture of orange bell pepper and white mushrooms (50 kcal)

Snack
- 1 banana (100 kcal)
- 1 avocado (300 kcal)
- fruit bowl with honeydew, cantaloupe, red grapes and pineapple (140 kcal)

Dinner
- 19 dried figs (630 kcal)

(Total caloric intake: 1,470 kcal)
