Day 6
So... I feel energetic today! Despite only getting 6 or something hours of sleep (I'm used to 8 or 9). I don't even feel like taking a nap today! I guess this is what 100% raw, clean energy does to you! But, I'm not even 100% organic, and I am suspicious of the nuts used in my "raw" Larabars... I think they are pasteurized, and hence not really raw. But, it just goes to show that any addition of raw foods is beneficial. I'm just taking it to an extreme.
Breakfast
- 1 organic apple (100 kcal)
Lunch
- organic baby spinach, sprouts, seaweed and lemon juice (50 kcal)
- mixture of carrots, orange red bell pepper, and white mushrooms (50 kcal)
Snack
- wakame seaweed with sesame seeds (110 kcal)
- 1 banana (100 kcal)
- 1 Cherry Pie Larabar (190 kcal)
Dinner
- 1 avocado (300 kcal)
- bowl of watermelon (90 kcal)
Dessert
- 6 dried figs (200 kcal)
(Total caloric intake: 1,190 kcal)
