Day 9


I made a really good smoothie today, and I picked up some dried dates so I can soak them and add them to my next smoothie, as well as some berries. I want to find a nut milk bag so I can make my own nut milk, but I think I would have a hard time finding raw nuts anyway so I don't know if it's worth it. I can always use hemp seeds though. I don't think all seeds are pasteurized like nuts are in America.

Breakfast
- 1 organic apple (100 kcal)

Lunch
- 1 avocado (300 kcal)
- smoothie of 2 bananas, some organic raw honey, some fresh aloe, and some freshly ground cinnamon (250 kcal)

Dinner
- avocado dip with sun-dried tomatoes, red onions, some cinnamon, some pepper, and sea salt (350 kcal)
- cauliflower (50 kcal)
- 2 carrots (50 kcal)

Dessert
- 1 Cherry Pie Larabar (190 kcal)

(Total caloric intake: 1,390 kcal)
