I juiced again today! SO good! I also finally got some green into my juice, so I guess that means I made "green juice"? I feel like a real raw foodist! I can totally understand how people can juice fast for long periods of time. After drink freshly made juice, I feel so alive and satisfied. Juice fasting must be a great way to clean out one's system while simultaneously giving it so many vitamins and minerals. That being said, I am too lazy to juice every day, but I will enjoy it every now and then.
Breakfast
- 1 banana (100 kcal)
- 1 apple (100 kcal)
Lunch
- juice of 4 oranges, 4 carrots, and a bunch of celery (450 kcal)
Snack
- 2 bananas (200 kcal)
Dinner
- 1 avocado (300 kcal)
- organic baby spinach with white mushrooms, orange bell peppers, sprouts, seaweed, and lemon juice (50 kcal)
Dessert
- 5 dried figs (170 kcal)
- 1 Apple Pie Larabar (190 kcal)
(Total caloric intake: 1,560 kcal)
Workout
- 30 minutes jogging (2 miles; I know, I'm slow)
